What is Baldrige?

Baldrige Criteria Resources

Baldrige Criteria Resources

The Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence is a management tool for high-performing organizations which provides a comprehensive approach to leadership strategic planning; customer/market focus; measurement, analysis and knowledge management; workforce focus; and the management of processes—all with a goal for data-driven results. The criteria are adaptive and can be used by large and small organizations, manufacturers and service providers, health care and educational institutions, and private and public sector organizations.

Why use the Criteria?

In short, using the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence to improve your organization makes good “business” sense.

Blogrige, the official blog of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, shares practical guidance, success stories, examples, and inspiration on how Baldrige resources can support your long-term success, whether your organization is large or small, has one site or worldwide locations, and is just getting started or continuously improving.
